NEW RELEASE, REVIEW & GIVEAWAY: A Little Bit Crazy by B Cranford

Title: A Little Bit Crazy
Author: B. Cranford
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: November 2, 2017

Blurb

The biggest mistake Jade Miller ever made was agreeing to a date with the World’s Biggest Jackass…

Stood up, fuming and, frankly, done with men, Jade’s not about to forgive or forget.

Except, with the voices in her head giving her conflicting ideas, and the man himself showing his smart, sexy, swoony side, she’s having a hard time staying away.

The stupidest thing Declan Young ever did was forget to make that phone call...

“Hey, I’m running a little late” could have saved him a year of frustration—sexual and otherwise—at the hands of a certain pink-haired spitfire.

All he wants is another chance, another night—the possibility of making it right. Which he’s determined to get.

The craziest thing is they’re crazy about each other...

Jade would rather believe that they’re enemies.
Declan knows they’re something more.

And that makes them both feel a little bit crazy…

Caroline's Review
⭐⭐⭐⭐

"I know you're skittish, and I know you're not ready to trust me yet. I know you think all I want from you is a good time, but you're wrong. I want more."

Jade Miller just can't get over the fact that Declan Young stood her up over a year ago. It was a huge, silly oversight on Declan's part that has had him working incredibly hard to get back into her good graces, but to no avail.

When circumstances has them spending time together, Jade has to finally start waking up to the fact that Declan isn't the jackass that she's always calling him.

This story was a great read. Jade has some real issues stemming from childhood, as well as a relationship-gone-bad, that has really affected her as an adult. She's got defensive walls around her heart that are a real mission to breach. There is tangible chemistry between her and Declan that she stubbornly fights hard to ignore.

"She was waiting for me. She just didn't know it yet."

Declan is something of a white knight but his damsel doesn't want saving. In fact, she really doesn't want anything to do with him, in spite of the chemistry between them. I loved how hard he fought for her and his infinite patience. Jade needed a good shake and her eyes prising open to see what a fantastic, caring, and trustworthy guy he was. She was pretty unfair towards him, and it's a wonder that Declan had the tenacity to keep battling for her.

As the story progressed, I really enjoyed how much she opened up to him and let herself trust, love and be loved.
