Truth: A painful condition caused by a prolonged state of sexual arousal without release.
Myth: Only affects males.

I’m beyond frustrated with the man who’s left me high and very far from dry. Multiple times. But, somehow, even though I’m not interested in a relationship, Mr. Tall-Dark-and-Handsome keeps me coming back for more—one crazy, sexual debacle after the next. Come hell or high water, the stars will align, and the release will be out of this world.

I’m captivated with the woman who’s left me sixty-nine shades of blue, and she's only in this for one thing. The first time, I blew it—and not in the good way—but I’m going to ensure we finally see it through. I need to put an end to this “plague” of sexual calamities and prove to Sarah that we can have more. It's time to grab the universe by the balls and show it who's boss.

Caroline's Review

“I don’t do the emotions that go along with stomach flips. Stomach flips mean feelings, and feelings like that lead to relationships. And that is not my territory.”

Sarah is an out-there sexual being who is commitment-shy. Jack is a sweet and sexy guy who is looking for a HEA.

“Universe be damned.”

Jack and Sarah met through mutual friends. There has always been a spark between them but the timing never been right. However, when they are finally on the same page, their attempts at actually sealing the deal is constantly thwarted for one reason or another. It honestly feels like the universe is trying to tell them something – but Jack’s nowhere near ready to accept that.

This was a fun comedy of errors. Sarah and Jack have hot chemistry in spades but they have the worst luck imaginable! LOL However, what I enjoyed was that instead of the one-and-done one-night fling Sarah was expecting, their acquaintance/friendship develops into something more, without her realising it. The whole story is Sarah trying to achieve only one thing, but Jack is happy with the flow and progress of them turning into something more fulfilling and lasting.

“I plan to wear you down until you fall in love with me. I’ll keep chipping away at those protective walls around your heart, true erosion hard at work, until you give in and realize you love me back.”

I loved Jack’s persistence in trying to break Sarah’s walls down. Sarah just doesn’t realise how much she needs and wants him in her life, until he’s no longer there. Jack is a total nerd in suave clothing. He’s pretty darn adorable! I especially adored the little device that the author used to help Jack win Sarah over – it was swoony and heartwarming.
